Faith Advocates and Healthy Relationships Training and Technical Assistance Project

Break is an education program to improve the health and safety of women, children and families. The initiative brings awareness to gender based violence, emphasizing education and prevention. This work is funded by a grant from the United States Department of Health. The AACC works with diverse faith communities to recognize the patterns that lead to violence and gender based abuse. Church partners were selected throughout the mid-west region, including Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. Local faith based participants include:
